1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 99s9 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or services accessible via the domain 99s9.io.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the 99s9 platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the 99s9 platform through the registration process.
• "Services" means all betting markets, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering products available on the platform.
"Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a 99s9 promotional offer.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which 99s9 accounts are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to access certain account features, including withdrawals.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 99s9 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 99s9 operates a strict 21+ policy. The platform does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the platform from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 99s9 or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You have not previously had an account on 99s9 that was suspended, terminated, or closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 99s9 services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• One account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one account on the 99s9 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 99s9 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you.
• Account updates: You must promptly update your account information if any of your personal details change. You may do this through the account settings section after logging in.
• KYC verification: 99s9 may request identity documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99s9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless one has been voluntarily set by the Player via the responsible gaming tools.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 99s9 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 99s9 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. 99s9 reserves the right to request matching verification before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a processing review period during which 99s9 may request additional KYC documentation.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 99s9 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending further investigation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 99s9 platform. Specific rules for individual game types (cricket, football, live casino, slots, crash games) are published in the relevant game or market sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 99s9 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• 99s9 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, where it determines that the integrity of the market may be compromised.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly priced market or game malfunction, 99s9 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Decisions made in this regard are final.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the final confirmed odds at the time the bet was accepted. Odds may change between selection and confirmation during high-traffic periods.
• All RNG (random number generator) games on the 99s9 platform are certified for fairness. Results are generated independently and cannot be influenced by the platform or the Player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or within the game interface.
• 99s9 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any single Player in any single session or over any defined period, at its sole discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

99s9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the registration process and whose accounts are in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are accounted for separately. Wagers placed with real-money funds do not generally count towards bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• 99s9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, any modification will not affect the already-credited amount unless fraudulent activity is detected.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations for bonus purposes. A list of excluded games is provided in the applicable promotion terms.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

99s9 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Use of any automated software, script, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage over other Players or the house.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in live dealer games, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner designed to defraud the platform.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed via 99s9.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify such errors must report them to [email protected] immediately. Failure to do so and continued exploitation constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity, including but not limited to the transfer of proceeds from criminal activity.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person, or facilitating another person's access to the platform in a manner designed to circumvent these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 99s9 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

99s9 reserves the right to void all bets and winnings, close the account, and retain the balance of any Player found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct. 99s9 may also report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Privacy & Data

99s9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key principles governing the use of your data include:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
• 99s9 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket), KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to deliver the platform's services.
• 256-bit SSL encryption is applied to all data transmissions between your device and the 99s9 platform. Account passwords are stored in encrypted form and are never accessible in plain text.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, and to request its correction or deletion, subject to any legal retention obligations that 99s9 is required to comply with.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 99s9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of 99s9 or its licensed content providers.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 99s9 platform without prior written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 99s9 under licence.
• The 99s9 brand name and logo are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in third-party marketing materials — is prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any rights to resell access, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99s9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if 99s9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether planned or unplanned, including during maintenance windows, system updates, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The conduct, content, or practices of any third-party payment provider, game studio, or other service provider that 99s9 works with.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 99s9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11 Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player: You may close your 99s9 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

11.2 Closure by 99s9: 99s9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Confirmed duplicate account activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request from a responsible gaming or self-exclusion authority.
• Any other reason that 99s9 considers, in its sole judgment, to warrant account closure in the interests of the platform or its Players.

Where an account is closed by 99s9 due to a Player's breach of these terms, 99s9 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and void all outstanding wagers. Where closure is not due to breach, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after any necessary investigation is complete.

12 Responsible Gaming

99s9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. All Players are encouraged to approach gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time limits: Players can set maximum session durations to prevent extended uninterrupted play.
• Cooling-off periods: Players can request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break can request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and cannot be reopened before the period expires.
• Reality checks: The platform provides session duration notifications to help Players remain aware of how long they have been playing.

13 Amendments to These Terms

99s9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published on this page, along with the effective date of the most recent revision.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 99s9 will notify registered Players by email to the address held on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon login, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 99s9 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 99s9 arising from the use of the platform, the following process applies:

1. Contact support first: Players should contact the 99s9 support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 99s9 aims to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.
2. Formal complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, Players may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] clearly marked as a formal complaint. 99s9 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.
3. Final decision: If the formal complaint process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, 99s9's decision following the formal complaints process shall be considered final in respect of the platform's own processes.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
